Crack Sealing is a method in which hot sealant is applied to working cracks to prevent water intrusion. Beneficial for active cracks that continue to extend in size and severity over time, crack sealants stop water and debris from entering the crack, protecting the longevity of the pavement.

POTHOLE REPAIR
Potholes are one of the most common asphalt maintenance problems. From small to large potholes, we’re here to help. Potholes are caused by the expansion and contraction of water after it has entered into the ground under the asphalt pavement. They form due to the wear and tear from weather and the amount of traffic on highways, roads and parking lots.
